When in a room you can add it to your favourites from the chat window. I
didn't think it made sense to add a favourite for a chat room that might
not exist or be joinable, but others have also pointed out that
sometimes you want to set a favourite as you join it. Perhaps we could
add a small checkbutton in the join dialog at the bottom for that.

The dialog does not have the purpose you are trying to use it for, it
allows you to edit properties of your favourite chat rooms. To join one,
select it from the Room menu or use F5 to join ALL of them.
