Farsight uses the version of libjingle hosted at the Tapioca project
(tapioca-voip.sf.net) which has tweaks such as building with current
versions of gcc, providing shared libraries for different areas of
functionality, removing inconsistently/ambiguously licensed code, and
generally not being a conventional
corporation-does-open-source-by-dropping-tarballs-every-few-months
thing. Furthermore, the media streaming code (stolen from an old
linphone) has been removed and is irrelevant because Farsight uses
Gstreamer's RTP code, so the ortp version is no longer an issue either.
As Farsight is heading into distributions such as Ubuntu and Fedora at
the moment, so is this altered version of libjingle.
