Do you want to change the default from /usr/share/telepathy to
$(prefix)/share/telepathy.  Or do you want a patch to add another default
for $(prefix)/share/telepathy, assuming $(prefix) != /usr?

Also, should I remove ~/.telepathy from the search path of connection
managers?
