  Weren't rarely used items supposed to go in menus instead of toolbars?

  I can see talking about toolbars is a bit of a stretch, but nobody so far
suggested this obvious solution: just take the button away.

  P.S: I'm still using 0.10 as this is what dapper provides, but the idea of
an icon suddenly changing to a close button scares me a bit. Neither I like
Firefox's layout.
