Will it be more obvious for the users to see the close button
more of the time. E.g:

- When the user moves the mouse pointer over any part of the tab
- When the user moves the mouse pointer over any port of the tab
  menu (all the tabs)
- When the user moves the mouse (in any part of the chat window)
