Did you install it to a different prefix at all?

I am just guessing at this point, but it is quite likely that your
~/.gnome2/Gossip/accounts.xml file references a DTD file in a location
which doesn't exist? Either that or perhaps the old accounts.xml from
0.9 does not comply with the DTD for 0.10.2.

What error do you get?
