[Gossip-dev] Merge TELEPATHY branch into HEAD

Hi all !

I think it's time to merge telepathy stuff into HEAD. I opened a bug and
attached a patch [1], reviews are welcomed ! It doesn't means everything
is rock-solid using telepathy, I guess there is still many bugs, so
please report problems you have using gossip-telepathy.
