[Imendio Announce] Devhelp 0.19 released

Devhelp 0.19 has been released!

Devhelp is a developer tool for browsing and searching API documentation
for GTK+ and GNOME.

This is a minor release for the upcoming GNOME 2.22 version. Fixes and 
updates in 0.18 and 0.19 are:

- Specify an icon for the GEdit plugin (bug #512000)
- Use proper size icon for close buttons in tabs (bug #510984, Luca 
Ferretti)
- Polish the new Zoom UI (bugs #508510 and #508513, Wouter Bolsterlee)
- Updated translations: ar, be, be at latin, ca, nl, pt_BR, pt, de, es, et, 
gl, he, ja, nb, sv, th, uk
