[Imendio Announce] Devhelp 0.15 released

Devhelp 0.15 has been released!

Devhelp is a developer tool for browsing and searching API documentation
for GTK+ and GNOME.

This is a minor bugfix release for the upcoming GNOME 2.20 version. The 
changes are:

- Fix build on Solaris (bug #439054)
- Don't hardcode the png extension in desktop file (bug #440434, Loïc 
Minier)
